The Portable HTML Standard Edition template produces basic HTML that is compliant with the HTML version 3.2 standard. It creates a navigation bar at the top and bottom of every page and includes a footer with company information at the bottom of every page. Portable HTML Standard Edition output works well in any web browser (such as Netscape Navigator version 2 or higher and Internet Explorer version 3 or higher).
